Oleamide is an unsaturated fatty amide, which can reduce the friction between the resin and other internal friction films and conveying equipment during processing, simplify the operation of the final product, and thus increase the production volume. For example, it is used as a lubricant in the polyethylene processing process, which can reduce the melt viscosity of resin pellets and improve the fluidity.

Oleamide is a nonionic surfactant. Oleamide is refined from vegetable oil, has special internal and external lubricating effect, and is relatively stable to heat, oxygen and ultraviolet rays. It has anti-adhesion, slippery, slippery, leveling, waterproof, anti-moisture, anti-precipitation, anti-fouling, anti-static, dispersing and other functions, anti-sticking, anti-sticking, anti-static and dispersing, no hygroscopicity.

Oleamide has the following applications/functions:

1. Oleamide is mainly used as high pressure polyethylene (LDPE) film and its composite film, multi-layer co-extrusion film, air bag, ultra-thin film. It is also used as slip agent, blocking agent and antistatic agent for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) calendered film, polypropylene (PP), cast polypropylene (CPP) film.

2. Adding 0.05% to 0.3% Oleamide to the low density polyethylene film material can not only improve the antistatic and lubricating properties, but also improve the moisture resistance, can significantly reduce the friction coefficient and adhesion resistance, and significantly improve the blown film (extrusion). It can effectively prevent adhesion between films and agglomeration between pellets, and can increase the smoothness of the surface of the film, prevent the accumulation of dust on the surface of the product, and produce a very smooth plastic product.

3. Add Oleamide (0.05%) to polyolefin cable material and all-plastic communication cable material, the friction factor can be reduced from 0.70 to 0.16, and its coloring property and dispersibility such as carbon black can be changed at the same time, so as to realize cable particle size. The material is extruded at high speed to improve the smoothness of the inner wall of the cable sheath.

4. Adding 2-5 Oleamide to polyamide plastic ink can improve printing performance and ink lubricity, enhance water resistance, enhance scratch resistance, anti-fouling (fouling caused by wet ink) , Wear resistance. In addition, it can also improve the auxiliary development and adhesion of the ink on the surface of the printed matter, so that the imprint is clear and the color is bright.
