Feature:
It has the characteristics of wide antibacterial spectrum, long action time, strong antibacterial effect and good clinical efficacy. It has 1 to 2 times the inhibitory effect on drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli as ofloxacin , 2 to 4 times that of norfloxacin. In vitro studies have shown that the antibacterial efficacy of lomefloxacin hydrochloride against gram-positive bacteria is stronger than enoxacin, similar to norfloxacin; the antibacterial efficacy against gram-negative bacteria is weaker than that of norfloxacin and ofloxacin Star, similar to enoxacin, but the anti-infection effect in vivo is stronger than the above drugs.
