1-Naphthylacetamide——Plant growth regulator

1-Naphthylacetamide, colorless crystal, melting point 184 ℃. The solubility in water is 39 mg / kg (40 ℃), soluble in acetone, ethanol and isopropanol, but insoluble in kerosene. Stable and nonflammable under normal storage. 1-Naphthylacetamide can be absorbed through the stems and leaves of plants with slow conductivity, which can cause the formation of peduncle separation layer, so as to be used as fruit thinning agent for apples and pears, and also promote rooting. 1-naphthylacetamide has excellent plant growth regulation functions of promoting rooting, increasing yield and improving quality. Through root or seed treatment and stem and leaf spraying, it can be widely used for rooting, strengthening seedlings, increasing yield and improving quality of crops or plants such as grain, cotton, fruits and vegetables. It has the characteristics of safe use, low cost and remarkable effect. 1-naphthylacetamide has the advantages of low production and use cost, small dosage, wide concentration range, safe and convenient use. It can be widely used in root promotion, yield increase, stress resistance and quality improvement of various crops or plants. As a new plant growth regulator, 1-naphthylacetamide has good market potential and commercial development value in promoting the development of green agriculture and ensuring food security.

Use of 1- naphthylacetamide

1- Naphthylacetamide is a good fruit thinning agent for apple and pear.

(1) Apple is sprayed with 25 ~ 50 mg / L concentration 2 ~ 2.5 weeks after full bloom (when petals fall off).

(2) Pear is sprayed with 25 ~ 50 mg / L concentration for the whole plant from petal falling to 5 ~ 7 d behind petal.

(3) The mixture of 1- Naphthylacetamide and related rooting substances is a broad-spectrum rooting agent to promote apple, pear, peach, grape and ornamental crops. The formula is as follows: 1) 1- Naphthylacetamide 0.018% + naphthylacetic acid 0.002% + thiourea 0.093%; 2) 1- Naphthylacetamide is mixed with indole butyric acid, naphthylacetic acid and thiram.

Precautions for using 1- Naphthylacetamide

As a fruit thinning agent, the medication period should be strictly controlled, and the fruit thinning effect is related to the temperature, so the demonstration experience should be obtained first, and then gradually popularized.
