Ascorbic acid refers to vitamin C, which has a structure similar to glucose and is a polyhydroxy compound. Vitamin C has strong reducing properties and is easily oxidized to dehydrovitamin C, but its reaction is reversible, and ascorbic acid and dehydroascorbic thrombus have the same physiological functions. Ascorbic acid has physiological effects such as detoxification, cancer prevention, and free radical scavenging. It is rich in fruits and vegetables.
